CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. For permanent makeup appointments: Deposits are forfeited and an additional 50% fee may be charged with less than 48 hours’ notice. For all other services: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Missed appointments may require a new deposit to rebook. No-shows are subject to a 50% service fee, charged to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in a ban from future bookings.
